Rider's Reviews
To be honest, I would like to clarify the truth about our reviews and feedback system. Our team receives trip feedback directly from our clients through email, WhatsApp, and the feedback forms available on our website. After collecting and verifying these reviews, our IT team publishes them on our website. In June 2026, we launched a new version of our official website to replace the previous version, which had been in use for many years. Since our company was established in 2010, we have operated several different versions of our website, typically upgrading to a new version every five years. Whenever a new website version is launched, our IT team must transfer all existing content, including customer reviews and feedback, from the old website to the new one. This migration process takes time, but all reviews published on our website originate from genuine feedback provided directly by our clients.

We very much enjoyed our trip!
On our arrival, we struggled to find somewhere that we could get USD. It would have been helpful to know we could have got the cash in Dong as an alternative. Or perhaps inform people it is best to source the USD before you arrive. Mr Bao was a very courteous guide and always made sure we had everything we needed. He stopped and showed us many things that were very interesting. The bikes in Vietnam were very good and seats were good. The drivers of the bus and the truck also provided excellent service. The bikes in Cambodia were not as good. The seats were extremely uncomfortable. On the second day they offered us the gel seats which was an improvement but the seats were still much more uncomfortable than the ones in Vietnam. The power on the electric bikes in Cambodia was very intermittent, coming and going periodically. On day 3 going through Ankor Watt, I turned it off because I never knew when it was going to kick in and going through sandy parts that was abit dangerous. For the first 2 days in Cambodia, our guide Davith seemed to be mostly focused on cycling as far and as fast as possible and shared little commentary. At times the group had to ask him to slow down. The younger guide, Pat was much more friendly and helpful. However once we arrived in Siem Reap ,Davith shared a lot more and seemed to operate at a better pace. It seemed that perhaps he didn't know much about the areas outside his local area. When the airline changed our flights meaning we had to fly out earlier on the last day, he reorganized the schedule to anbke us ri enjoy the dawn at Ankor Watt the day before. That was very much appreciated. Our guide for the day in Pnomh Penh was excellent. Very friendly and informative. Overall we enjoyed our trip. It was well organized, the accommodation was good. We were a little worried before the trip started as we didn't know your company. But we will recommend it to others. 27 December 2025 - 04 January 2026

We very much enjoyed our trip!
Dear Mr Phuc, We thought the holiday was really good! In no particular order of importance: The trip notes received in advance were informative and accurate We very much appreciated the airport pick up even though we came 24 hours early, and the pick up from our hotel the next day, to join the trip (not every company would have done that, so we were impressed) The accommodation was fabulous Both cycling guides were very good, considerate of what we wanted. The route was well planned, and when we had to, for example, cycle along busy roads (only once really) the guide explained this, and gave the option to get in the van The two centres worked very well - the cycling and scenery in Vietnam and Cambodia were different. The last day of cycling around Siem Reap was great fun! The snacks and lunches were fabulous - too much food! There was a good balance of cycling and sightseeing We appreciated the little bits of luxury, like the speedboat to Phom Penh rather than a shared boat. All in all, an excellent trip that was well-priced for the quality of accommodation and support. 27 December 2025 - 04 January 2026
Hi Mr Phuc,
I hope you're fine! I just wanted to let you know that we had an incredible four-day cycling trip, far exceeding our expectations. Mr. Cong, our guide, was amazing, as was our driver, who was very professional and attentive. Mr. Cong created a fantastic itinerary for us, perfectly tailored to our wishes, allowing us to discover Vietnam in yet another beautiful way. A huge thank you to him, our driver, and you for this magnificent, unique, and unforgettable experience. I will highly recommend you! Best wishes for 2026 😊. 01 - 04 January 2026

Incredible way to experience the Mekong delta
We chose the 3D/2N tour of Cao Lanh - Sa Dec - Can Tho tour of the Mekong delta. It was 115km fabulous. We ended up in a private tour for the 3 of us, our guide Hoang was excellent, very professional, super nice and very informative. He and our driver Mr. Kiet, took really good care of us. Hoang showed us part of the southern Vietnamese culture, explained what we saw, introduced us to local fruits and food, showed us a rice mill, some temples, a war bunker in a cajuput forest, markets and more. The bikes were very good, the cycling very easy and we didn't see one tourist during our 3 biking day in the country land - only in the hotels where we stayed, at lunch time and in the floating market at Can Tho. We rode on small paths beside canals, in the villages, in the peoples backyards and between fields. Everywhere the kids gave us a big "hello" when we passed by their houses. The price for the tour is on the expensive side for Vietnamese standards, but it was worth every penny and very very well organized and coordinated. I highly recommend this bike tour company and this particular tour if you want to be out of the regular touristic path. 05 - 07 December 2025

Hello Mr Phuc,
Thanks for your email. Overall, we were very happy with the trip. The cycling was very enjoyable and the accommodation was all good quality. We also enjoyed the food provided for lunches and dinners. Tony, our guide, was excellent. He was very helpful and looked after us very well. I can't think of anything that would have improved the experience. 20 - 25 November 2025. Thanks again.
Kind regards,
A nice change of pace with visits to locals
Hello, the tour was very good. A nice change of pace with visits to locals. The cycling was fantastic, ideal for exploring the south on small roads between the villages. The guide was excellent; he always asked what we wanted to do. Kit, the driver, was also very good at his job. The hotels were also very nice, only the last hotel in Rach Gai was less than stellar. We are very satisfied with our trip; it was exactly what we were looking for. Best regards, Els and Jacques 10 - 13 November 2025

Dear Mr Phuc
Thank you for your email. Kien was a very good guide and our driver Nam was also very attentive and helpful. The bikes were good quality. A few points of feedback points for future trips: 1. On day 2 we cycled all the way to Ba Be Lake accommodations. On Day 4 we retraced our steps from Ba Be to Cho Ra- cycling 20km of road that we had already cycled. As there was so much road between Cho Ra and Bao Lac it would have been better to transfer from the accommodation to a new and more scenic bit of road to ride. 2. I am afraid the hotel in Quang Uyen was substandard. It was dirty, discarded cigarettes and rubbish on the stairs. The communal areas clearly had not been cleaned for some time. 3. I would have preferred a more detailed briefing about the next days route, with the use of a map to better understand the terrain and final destination. However I do acknowledge that there was often uncertainty about the route due to lots of landslides. 4. We did not get back Susie's personal saddle at the end of the trip. We were advised it would be delivered to our hotel in Hanoi but I do not believe it ever turned up. These are small matters. We very much enjoyed our trip :). 03 November 2025

An unforgettable way to experience Vietnam
I joined the North East Vietnam Mountain Cycling Tour (13 days / 12 nights) with my 17-year-old grandson — I’m 73 — and it was a journey of a lifetime. We cycled approximately 1,100 km through stunning mountain ranges and peaceful villages. We’re not professional cyclists, but the e-bikes made it possible and enjoyable every day. Our guide and the logistics support van driver were amazing — always caring, supportive, and ready with water, fruit, and smiles. Everything was perfectly organised by Vietnam Cycling Tours, from routes to hotels, logistics and meals. If you want to truly experience the beauty of Vietnam, as only a few tourists are lucky enough to experience, take an e-bike and go for it, it’s unforgettable! 07 - 19 October 2025
