Responsibility We will be riding in some pretty remote areas for a portion of our trip, areas with limited medical facilities, so Cyclists are expected to have traveler's insurance. Tam Hanks Group will do our best to make the trip as safe as possible and can arrange for rapid transfer to a medical facility ( at the Cyclists' expense) should the need arise day or night, of course.Your health concerns will be well looked after, but any expenses from health or accident concerns on the trip are responsibilities of the Cyclists. We limit our responsibility to making sure the promises made regarding the trip are met, but request to be absolved of any further responsibility for the Cyclists beyond providing safe and reliable transport, accommodation, food, drinking water and assuring an enjoyable route for the trip. Accommodation Cycling with The Tam Hanks Group is an Adventure, we will be riding in some pretty remote areas so accommodation in our trip will be from the basic Guesthouses to the 3 stars Hotels even Resorts but they are chosen for their characters and beautiful viewed landscapes. Meal During the trip, we will take you to local restaurants where You will taste delicious, healthy local cuisine and have the opportunity to experience the friendliness and warm hospitality of the Vietnamese people. For our safety and convenience The cyclists are respectfully requested to accept our instructions or decisions if any "tight situation" should arise. Otherwise, decisions are made joinly by all of us. |
