Day 01: Ho Chi Minh - CaiBe - Home-stay
To depart from hotel in Saigon at 8:00 AM by private vehicle and our guide will choose the best route with beautiful scenery to bike. The ride will start around 9:15 am and it’s also the best time to admire local organization and avoid getting hot. After an hour driving on free way to Tan An city, touring the rice paddy field, vegetable amongst villages. The bike distance is flexible around 10 to 15 km. Then get back on private vehicle for a drive to Cai Be. Enjoy a private boat cruises on Mekong River; stop at some homemade workshop; cottage thatch leaves making, coconut and rice paper mills before having lunch at the Ba Kiet’ ancient house. In the afternoon, continue a boat cruise through creeks and cross the main branch of Upper Mekong River to An Binh Island. Enjoy a traditional music show at Cai Cuong ancient house. Listen to music while having tea, honey and fresh fruit. Free to walk around fruit garden before going to home-stay by boat. From beginning of your boat ride, all your suite cases and bikes are uploaded on boat so your belongings will be with you at home-stay.

Day 02: Cai Be – Ben Tre – Tra Vinh
Wake up early for leisure time to village, local market nearby and turn back to home-stay for breakfast. On the second day, the ride is very easy and your guide will let you ride on your own space. Starts your bike ride from the home-stay by bike while the boat taking all your belongings to vehicles. We ride on country back road, passing many small markets by the road side, schools, fruit farms; rambutant, longan, grapefruit. The morning will end up at Dinh Khao ferry. There is a 30 minute transfer to Cai Mon to enjoy delicious lunch at local. Cai Mon is Dist belonged Ben Tre province. It’s a very famous for nursery garden, ornamental plants and bonsai trees. It is also very well-know with mango teen fruits. If you are lucky to come at the right time as its season, you will love it. It’s a chance to visit some nursery gardens, green house and mangoteen farms. After lunch, there will be another hour transfer by private vehicle to Mo Cay Dist to start the afternoon’s ride. This is the best bicycle riding of the day. Travel through banana farms, water palm plantation, coconut farms and family coconut fiber workshop. Get on our private vehicle for driving to Tra Vinh city.

Day 03: Tra Vinh – Tieu Can – Cau Ke – Binh Minh – Can Tho

Tra Vinh is not a big city and it is also not touristy destination but its countryside are really a hidden charm. Many rural villages owned the peaceful scenery; colorful Khmer temples, thatch houses are popular have been used so far, country back roads are great for bicycle touring as small concrete paths without vehicle.

Leave the hotel at 8:00 AM, with a 15 minute transfer you to Ang Pagoda. Its also called Angkorajaborey Pagoda as its original name by Khmer. It is an ancient Khmer-styled pagoda in the Mekong Delta, a province of Tra Vinh. The area is about four hectares and just about 5 minutes walking to Ao Vuong where you get there after visiting Ang Pagoda. The pagoda was built in an original architectural style which harmonizes natural scenery with typical Khmer art and decoration. Tourists will be expressed the character and colors of the Angkor culture. The central chamber, the roof’s eaves, the fence pillars around the central chamber and other details are drawn and carved with flowers and vignettes of the Snake God Naga with a curved tail, the statues of bird-headed people, snakes and birds, the head of the God Bayon with four faces and the Ogress Yeak wearing an armor.

The ride will begin then. Ride pass Khmer villages, through rice fields, pedal over small bridge over canals, stop at some Old and colorful temple of Khmer. Khmer kids are lovely, they don’t understand in English but always say hello when you pass by. Stop at home of Khmer, to learn culture of Khmer, to understand how people earning a living. Your guide will explain to you the difference between Theravada and Hinayana Buddhism. You could see Khmer farmers raise cow, goats chicken as they are free in compound of family. Our guide will select a special restaurant to serve you a lunch. There will be a transfer to Tra On town after lunch. Enjoy a short water taxi ride with guide to Can Tho. Relax on boat moving onward, watching sampan boats cross river and many small ferries taking locals to further side. It takes about 40 minutes in total. Your driver will be waiting at Can Tho’s dock. Take you to hotel, check in the hotel and welcome dinner

Day 04: Can Tho - Cai Rang floating market - Saigon
Can Tho, Mekong Delta is center and capital of Vietnam’s southern province. On the last day of the tour, we’ll take a motor boat to check out the lively floating market when it’s in action. You could see literally hundreds of boats coning here to exchange farm products every day, especially in early morning. You can see clearly many grocery boats, and floating houses around you. After a wander around the market on land we’ll get back on bike, explore some of the hidden secrets of the Phong Dien countryside, stopping at Binh Thuy ancient house. It’s one of the oldest ancient house in Mekong Delta and it was set on the movie “The Lover”. Lunch en route before returning to Ho Chi Minh. Tour End!
